A: You can receive 100% refund if you cancel your tour 36 hours before departing time.
Q: What if I cancel my tour less than 36 hours before departing time?
A: In case if you canceled your tour less than 36 hours, but not less than 12 hour hours you will receive 50% of refund. Refund is not possible in case if you cancel your tour less than 12 hours before departing time.
Q: What is minimum and maximum amount of person for a tour?
A: minimum is 2 persons, maximum – 8.

Q: From where a tour departs?
A: You will be picked up by a driver from your hotel, accommodation or any other address in Paris.
Q: Can I be dropped at different address from my pick-up address after a tour.
A: Yes, you can ask your driver to drop you at any other address in Paris.

A: You will be contacted by our manager day before the tour.
During the tour:

A: Air condition/heater, bottle of water, wi-fi (ask driver), snacks, umbrella, stop on your request.

A: In tour price included pick up and transportation, all entry fees and tickets expends, restaurant bills.
